How can I get $10,000 managed free?

For the first 6 months, you’ll only be charged 1% of paid claims. When you sign up, $100 in billing credit is automatically applied to your account and your future Dr. Bill invoices. So, if within 6 months you submit $10K in billings, it will be free of charge (because 1% of $10,000 is $100).

For example, let’s say you bill $2,000 in one billing cycle within your first 6 months, your Dr. Bill invoice would be $20 (which is 1% of $2,000). The $20 fee will be debited from your billing credit, and you will have a remaining $80 credit balance that will be applied towards your subsequent invoices. Billing credits never expire, if you aren’t able to bill $10K within the first six months your billing credits remain on your account, just keep in mind that you’ll be charged our regular rate of 1.95% of paid claims.

We are billing experts so you don’t have to be.

Here are just some of the features you can expect using Dr. Bill:

Bill on the go and get paid on time

You can quickly add a patient and create a claim with only a few taps. You’ll be able to bill right on your smartphone or save it for the end of your day. Have peace of mind knowing that any mistakes you make our billing agents will correct in the background – ensuring you’re getting paid for all the hard work you do.

Smart billing automation

Smart billing automation allows you to add fee codes and diagnoses with only a few taps of a button – while preventing you from making common mistakes. Since it’s designed with your province’s billing rules in mind, you’ll be alerted if you try to bill something incorrectly.

Having a software with smart billing information will help you catch more of your billing mistakes right away – giving you a chance to correct them before submitting your claim.

Transparent reporting

Not only will you be able to see everything you’ve earned so far, but you’ll also be able to see any claims currently pending and those that have been rejected. These reports are not just crucial for bookkeeping purposes – they’re also a real-time peek into the amount you’re going to earn.

Rejected or refused claims can mean a delay in getting paid for a service, or even not getting paid for it at all. If this happens, it’s best to find this out as soon as possible, so you can fix the mistake or resubmit the claim. Remember that these billings are your paycheque, and you have the right to know and understand the amounts you’re going to earn.

Having transparent and real-time active claim reports will make sure you know where your money is going and keep your billings from being a ‘black box.’

It’s the most streamlined means for me to do billing and can do it during my work day which is hugely advantageous.
