How can I get $10,000 managed free?
For the first 6 months, you’ll only be charged 1% of paid claims. When you sign up, $100 in billing credit is automatically applied to your account and your future Dr. Bill invoices. So, if within 6 months you submit $10K in billings, it will be free of charge (because 1% of $10,000 is $100).
For example, let’s say you bill $2,000 in one billing cycle within your first 6 months, your Dr. Bill invoice would be $20 (which is 1% of $2,000). The $20 fee will be debited from your billing credit, and you will have a remaining $80 credit balance that will be applied towards your subsequent invoices. Billing credits never expire, if you aren’t able to bill $10K within the first six months your billing credits remain on your account, just keep in mind that you’ll be charged our regular rate of 1.95% of paid claims.

1If you sign up for your first Dr. Bill account with the Full-serve plan by September 30, 2021 you will receive an introductory fee of 1% of paid claims per billing cycle for a period of 6-months as well as a $100 Dr. Bill billing credit (“Billing Credit”) to be applied to future billings fees (collectively, “Offer”). At the end of the 6-month offer period, you will pay the then current rate (currently, 1.95%). If you change your plan at any time during the offer period, you will no longer be eligible to receive the introductory rate. Billing Credit cannot be converted to cash. If you cancel your Dr. Bill account at any time before the credit has been fully applied, you will forfeit the balance of the Billing Credit. Offer cannot be applied retroactively to a prior purchase and may not be combined or used in conjunction with any other Dr. Bill offer. Offer is only available in provinces where Dr. Bill operates. Offer may be amended or withdrawn at any time without notice.
2Up to $10,000 in billings free refers to the maximum amount of billings during the 6 month offer period, with a fee rate of 1% of paid claims, that the $100 billing credit would cover in full. You will be charged for any additional services requested outside of the Full‑Serve plan.
